By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.
We build, deploy, and manage AI agents for businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and SLAs are defined in your individual engagement contract (the "SOW"), which controls in case of conflict with these terms.
You must (a) be authorized to engage on behalf of your business, (b) provide accurate information, (c) maintain the security of any credentials you grant us, (d) comply with applicable laws.
You own your data and any agent configurations we build for you. We retain ownership of our orchestration framework, methodologies, and any code we wrote before your engagement. Anything specifically built for your engagement is licensed to you under the terms of your SOW.
Setup fees are paid upfront. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Month-to-month after initial setup unless your SOW specifies otherwise. 30 days notice to cancel. No refunds on monthly fees once paid; refunds on setup fees governed by the deliverable guarantees in your SOW.
Services provided "as is." We do our best work; we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, leads, etc.). Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Utah, USA. Disputes go to the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
