Pricing

How long until something is actually live?

14 days for Starter. 21 days for Pro. 30–45 days for Workforce. The 14-day audit deliverable in 14 days. All milestones in the contract.

Do you charge per message or per API call?

No. Flat monthly fee. We absorb the model costs. You do not think about tokens, requests, or rate limits.

Can I cancel?

Month-to-month after the initial setup. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We export your agent configurations and data on the way out.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Most Starter clients move to Pro within 6–9 months. Upgrade is one-line — we add agents and credit the setup difference. Downgrade is the same in reverse with 30 days notice.

What if the agents make a mistake?

Every agent has a confidence threshold. Below threshold, it flags for human review. We monitor flags weekly and re-train. In 18 months operating, zero deletions, zero data losses, <0.4% misrouted messages.

02 — Integrations & tech

Stack

What stack do the agents run on?

Claude (Anthropic) for reasoning, OpenAI embeddings for retrieval, our own orchestration layer. Your data never trains a foundation model. Every action is logged and auditable.

Do you integrate with my existing tools?

If it has an API, yes. Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Stripe, QuickBooks, Notion, Slack, Twilio — plus most industry-specific tools (ServiceTitan, Follow Up Boss, etc.). Custom integrations available on the Custom plan.

Do I need a tech team?

No. We handle deployment, ops, and maintenance. Most clients give us API keys to their tools and we do the rest.

Can I run agents in my own cloud?

On Workforce and below, agents run in our managed cloud. BYO-cloud (your AWS / Azure / GCP) is a Custom plan feature.

Does this work with my industry-specific tool?

For real estate (MLS / FUB / kvCORE / BoomTown), HVAC (ServiceTitan / Jobber), law (Clio / MyCase), medical (Epic / athena), automotive (CDK / Reynolds): yes. Other niches: scope on Custom.

How private is my data?

Your data never trains a foundation model. We use Claude with zero-data-retention API access. Encrypted at rest and in transit. SOC2 Type II underway.

Are you HIPAA compliant?

BAA available for medical clients on Custom path. Encrypted PHI handling, access controls, audit logging on every interaction.

Are you FFL / ATF compliant?

Yes — the stack runs Guntransfer.com. Bound book hygiene, age verification, restricted-state routing. Available on Custom path for firearms operators.

What about SOC2 / ISO?

SOC2 Type II under attestation. Report Q3 2026. Available under NDA before final report.

Will my malpractice / E&O insurer accept this?

Yes. We provide documentation that has been accepted by ALPS, ALAS, and major Bar carriers. For other industries, we have placed agents at firms covered by standard E&O.

04 — Onboarding & support

Getting
started.

How do you train on my data?

We ingest 12 months of your email, transcripts, marketing copy, and SOPs. The agent learns your tone, your phrasing, your decision patterns. Most clients cannot tell the agent drafts from their own after two weeks.

What does deployment look like week-by-week?

Week 1: kickoff + data ingest. Week 2: build + internal QA. Week 3: soft launch with you in the loop. Week 4: full autonomy. (Starter timeline; Pro and Workforce extend phases proportionally.)

Who is on my account?

One dedicated ops engineer for Pro/Workforce. They build it, tune it, and stay on your account. Direct Slack channel for production-impacting issues.

What if the agent embarrasses me?

For the first 30 days, every draft is queued for your review. After that, confidence threshold gates autonomous action. Mistakes get logged and re-trained against weekly.

How is this different from hiring a VA?

A VA works 40 hours and quits. An agent works 168 hours and never quits. It costs less than half a VA. It scales instantly when volume doubles.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a chat window. We deploy operations. ChatGPT requires you to know what to ask. Our agents act without being asked, on workflows we configured for your business specifically.

Will it replace my team?

No — it replaces the work your team should not be doing. Senior people stop drafting routine email. Mid-level stop chasing follow-ups. Everyone moves up a level.

What if my industry is not listed?

It does not mean we cannot ship there. We have scoped engagements in construction, education, fitness, hospitality, manufacturing, nonprofit ops, and creator businesses. If you operate something with repeatable workflows, you are a candidate.
