The audit pays for itself before the ink dries.

Most operators who reach us start the conversation the same way: What should we automate first?

The honest answer is that we do not know. Not yet. Neither do they. The operator has a sense, usually centered on whichever process is currently most painful, but the most painful process is rarely the most expensive one. And the most expensive process is rarely obvious until someone counts the hours.

That is what the audit does.

Two weeks. Fixed price.

The audit is $4,995. It takes two weeks. It produces a twelve-to-twenty page report that ranks every automation opportunity in your operation by ROI, with cost estimates and payback periods. You can hand it to us or to anyone else. We credit the full $4,995 against any subsequent build engagement within ninety days.

Some operators look at the price and think it is a lot for a report.

It is not a report. It is the only document that tells you what your manual operations actually cost.

The math

The first thing we discover, almost every engagement, is that the operator has been doing $200-an-hour work that should cost $20 an hour, and the operator has been doing the work themselves because they do not yet trust an AI agent to do it.

The audit calculates that gap. Take any operator we work with. They typically spend twenty to twenty-five hours a week on email, reporting, follow-up, and admin. Multiply by an effective hourly rate of $150. That is $13,000 to $16,000 a month of manual operations cost.

Most operators have never put a number on it. The audit puts a number on it.

What you leave with

The deliverable has three sections. First, a workflow map of your operation as it actually runs, not as you think it runs. Second, a ranked list of the ten highest-ROI automation candidates with estimated build cost, monthly run cost, and payback period for each. Third, a recommended sequencing — what to ship first to start saving the most money, fastest.

You can execute the roadmap internally. You can take it to a different vendor. You can hire us to build it. You can do nothing with it. All four are valid outcomes from our perspective.

What you cannot do is operate without it. Or rather, you can, but you are operating in the dark.

Why the price

The $4,995 covers two senior people for two weeks. We come to you. We sit with your team. We map your stack. We measure what we can. We interview the people doing the work.

If you compare it to a McKinsey engagement, the audit is two orders of magnitude cheaper. If you compare it to a free workshop from a competitor, the audit is two orders of magnitude better.

The math pays for itself before the ink dries. That is not a marketing line. That is what happens.
