Your data never trains a foundation model. We use Claude (Anthropic) with zero-data-retention API access. Everything is encrypted at rest and in transit. SOC2 Type II underway.

Keep them. We integrate. Most clients use us alongside their existing automation — we handle the reasoning-heavy work (email, classification, drafting) and Zapier handles the if-this-then-that plumbing.

How do you train on my voice?

We ingest 12 months of your email, transcripts, marketing copy, and SOPs. The agent learns your tone, your phrasing, your decision patterns. Most clients can't tell the agent's drafts from their own after two weeks.

What happens if I cancel?

Month-to-month after setup. 30 days notice. We export everything. You can take the agent configurations to another vendor or run them yourself. No exit fees.
