What counts as a customization hour?
Any work we do inside your account — adjusting agent logic, building new flows, changing integrations, adding new triggers, or updating prompts. Monitoring and maintenance don't count against your hours. Hours reset monthly and don't roll over.
What happens if an agent breaks?
We monitor all agents and catch most issues before you notice. If something slips through, we fix it on the next business day as part of your plan — no extra charge, no project fee. This is exactly what the lease covers.
Can I change my plan mid-contract?
Yes. Upgrading is immediate. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There are no lock-in contracts — plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel.
Do you work with my existing tools?
Almost certainly. We integrate with most major CRMs, scheduling platforms, phone systems, and field service software. Confirm your stack in the first call and we'll tell you before you commit.
What's the difference between a "tweak" and a "new agent build"?
A tweak is a change to an existing agent — updating timing, adding a new condition, changing a message template. A new agent build is scoping and deploying a net-new workflow. Both use hours from your monthly plan.
Why is there a setup fee?
The setup fee covers the discovery session, agent build, integration setup, and launch. It covers real engineering time. It also filters for serious buyers — clients who push back hard on setup fees tend to churn within 90 days. We treat it as a seriousness signal.
Do you offer annual pricing?
